The fiscal register, handled
RSIStore talks to the Datecs register over its COM port. The day’s reports, drawer movements and receipt recovery sit on one panel, so nobody needs the register’s own keypad.

Stock that stays honest
Every sale takes from stock at the moment the receipt prints. Items carry unit price and quantity on hand, and the same list is the one the cashier picks from, so there is nothing to sync.

Daisy or Datecs, your choice
RSIStore also drives the Daisy Compact M 02: a compact fiscal register with a graphic display, 31 keys and a 57 mm thermal printer. One setting picks the register at each counter, and sales, fiscal receipts and the day’s reports work the same way on either.

Adapted to your business
Every small business sells, counts and restocks a little differently. We adapt RSIStore to yours: extra screens, fields, reports or devices arrive as plugins, built and tested by us and installed on your terminal.
A complete POS system in one unit
A 17″ touch monitor on a steel cash drawer, with a compact keyboard and mouse. The computer sits behind the screen; the only cables leaving the terminal are power, the register’s COM lead and, if you want it, Ethernet.

A Raspberry Pi does the work
No fan noise and only a few watts of power. No Windows licence needed either: the Pi runs Linux, which is open source. It mounts behind the monitor and boots straight into RSIStore. If the internet goes down, the shop keeps selling.
Datecs DP-150 fiscal register
A certified Bulgarian fiscal device (certificate № 755 / 22.05.2020). It prints the receipts, drives the drawer and keeps the fiscal memory; RSIStore controls it over the serial port so the keypad stays untouched.
One tested stack, from the board up
RSIStore runs only on the hardware we ship: Linux on a Raspberry Pi, the Datecs or Daisy register on its serial line and the cash drawer opened by the register or the receipt printer. We install and update the whole stack, so every counter runs the same tested setup.

POS.Mobile is RSIStore’s till as an app on your own phone or tablet. The phone rings up the sale and the fiscal register prints the receipt. We install it, pair the register and support it.

A sale in a few taps
Articles and the receipt share one screen under one scan field. Tap a tile or scan a code, watch the total and press Pay: cash, card or voucher, as on the terminal. Weighed goods, promotions, discounts and loyalty customers work the way they do on the terminal, and a receipt can be held while you serve the next customer.

The camera is the scanner
Point the phone at a barcode and the article is on the receipt. POS.Mobile reads EAN-13, EAN-8 and Code 128 with its own reader, with the lamp for a dark shelf. In Stock the same scan opens the article, or a new one with its code already filled in. A Bluetooth scanner works too.

The fiscal register, from the phone
POS.Mobile drives the Daisy Compact M 02 over the phone’s Bluetooth, and the Datecs DP-150 through POSNode, a small bridge we install at the register. The phone sends the sale; the register prints the fiscal receipt and keeps the fiscal memory. The day’s reports and cash movements are keys on the Register tab, and one tap hands the register to another phone.

The office is in the app too
The owner keeps the shop from the same app: scan a label to add an article or to receive goods, look up any paid receipt, keep customers with loyalty cards and set promotions: percent off, a sale price or multi-buy. Several companies can share one phone, each with its own catalogue.

RSI Cloud: the shop on every phone
Sign each phone or tablet in with the shop’s cloud account and tap Sync now: articles, prices, customers, staff, sales and stock follow to every device. Stock is counted, not copied: five on the shelf, one sold here and two there, leaves two everywhere. Without internet each phone keeps selling on its own. Free during early access; a paid plan follows, and we tell you before anything is charged.

What shop owners ask us
What happens if the internet goes down?
The shop keeps selling. Sales, fiscal receipts and stock run on the terminal itself, not in the cloud. POS.Mobile keeps selling too: each phone holds its own data, and RSI Cloud syncs only when you tap it.
Can my customers pay by card?
Not through RSIStore yet: the card-terminal connection is in preparation. Today RSIStore takes cash, and the fiscal register prints the receipt. Ask us about your card terminal. The same holds for POS.Mobile.
Is it ready for the euro?
Yes. Prices, fiscal receipts and invoices in RSIStore are in euro.
Who registers the fiscal register with НАП?
Our local partner. They provide the register that comes with the kit, register it with НАП and look after it under a service contract.
What does the software cost?
RSIStore is free for the first year. From the second year the licence is 29,90 € a month, excl. VAT.
Can I run RSIStore on my own computer?
No. RSIStore runs only on POS.Terminal 2, so every counter runs the same tested setup and we can support it. On your own phone or tablet you can: that is POS.Mobile.
Can you adapt it to my business?
Yes. Extra screens, fields, reports or devices for your kind of shop arrive as plugins, built and tested by us.
Do I need POS.Terminal 2 to use POS.Mobile?
No. POS.Mobile is a till of its own: your phone and a fiscal register are the whole cash desk.
Which phones and tablets does POS.Mobile run on?
